PURPOSE: To improve overall energy efficiency of the whole entire society for utilizing a cogeneration system by installing a cogeneration load dispatching means conducting load dispatching to the cogeneration system into a load dispatching means commanding a power-supply state to a power supply line. CONSTITUTION: A central load dispatching and commanding office 3 outputs a load-dispatching signal for adjusting demand to a local load-dispatching station 5 and a dispersed load-dispatching station 7. Next, the dispersed load-dispatching station 7 executes a dispersed load-dispatching command, on the basis of a command from the central load-dispatching and commanding office 3. A discrete terminal equipment 18 receives a command from the dispersed load-dispatching station flowed on an optical-cable network 9, and outputs it to a controller 115 for a cogeneration system. Accordingly, the cogeneration system connected to the power supply line which supplies public power can be controlled from the load-dispatching means side, and the cogeneration system can be incorporated for adjusting the demand of an electric power system. |
