Mixing vessel with interchangeable lids with integrated tools - mixes, blends, kneads, beats, cuts and disperses pastry, cream, liq., and powders by orbital and rotational tools

Appts. for mixing, blending, kneading, beating cutting and dispersing elastic and non elastic pastry, creams, liq., or powder has a non rotating vessel (17), open at the top, capable of accepting a series of different interchangeable heads. Each head has a lid, two attachment elements, controls, regulators, detectors and motor drive for the tools extending into the vessel. The vessels are transparent vitreous enamel or stainless steel flat based cooking pots designed for use on a cooking plate. Pref. lid attachment elements (4) lock on vessel handles (22) and are shaped, complementary to external rim of vessel (17), to facilitate centring of lid and tools. Lid (4) seals via compression joint (30). Lower ends (21) of tools (19,n/s), positioned close to base of vessel to make light contact, are in form of a scraper covered with an auto-lubricating material, e.g. PTFE. USE/ADVANTAGE - Appts. is used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. It is compact with all components in lid. Multi-function, variable speed operation suitable for small vol. Orbital motion of cutter reduces heating effect.
