The petrol tank filling pipe (2) has one end in the tank and the other closed by a removable plug (3). A hollow truncated guide (4), located in the pipe, forms with the pipe an annular cavity open at its downstream end and closed at its upstream end, so as to trap ascending petrol from the tank. The guide body is located coaxially inside the pipe with its section decreasing from the upstream to the downstream end.
