PURPOSE:To protect a laser write system unit positioned on the inside of a belt photosensitive body from the adhesion of toner or dust and to efficiently remove ozone produced in an image forming unit. CONSTITUTION:A dustproof filter F1 and a cross flow fan CF are arranged at an air suction part, and an ozone filtration filter F2 and a propeller fan PF are arranged at an exhaust part in a device main body. The air sucked by the fan CF gets into an inner part of the laser write system unit 7 to heighten air pressure, so that the infiltration of the toner or the dust is prevented. Meanwhile, air exhausted from the unit 7 joins with the ozone produced by the corona discharge of an electrostatic charger and a transfer device and circulating in the image forming unit 14 and is exhausted to the outside of the device by the fan PF after the ozone is removed by the filter F2. |
