PURPOSE:To enhance the temperature characteristics without deteriorating the characteristics such as initial permeability, Q value, etc., by a method wherein the proper amount of the compound of V2O5 and Bi2O3 is to be added to the Ni-Zn ferrite. CONSTITUTION:This Ni-Zn ferrite is produced by adding 1-5wt.% of V2O5 and 0.1-5wt.% of Bi2O3 to NiO, ZnO and Fe2O3 as the main components. Next, a coil 12 is formed in a magnetic element 11 comprising the Ni-Zn ferrite so as to manufacture the coil part. Through these procedures, the temperature coefficient can be minimized leaving the initial permiability, Q value and volume specific resistance intact thereby enabling the reliability upon the temperature fluctuation to be enhanced when applied to such coil part as a laminated inductor, LC compound part, etc. |
