The distributor is a bottle (1) with a neck (4) which is closed by a stopper (2) that holds a ball (12). The neck has an outer shoulder (5) and its mouth converges inwards and forms a seat (6) in which the ball rotates freely. The stopper has an annular base (7) with an inner rib (8) which engages under the shoulder of the neck. Its upper part is a cylindrical skirt (9) whose end forms a supple lip (10) that curves inwards and holds the ball. A cap clips on to the stopper and has an inner crown (16) which rests on the lips.
