PURPOSE:To allow switching circuit to cope with a change in a connection line ratio without interruption of the operation by connecting one input or more of an optical spatial division switch of a 1st switch to an output of an optical spatial division switch of a 2nd switch by an optical transmission line. CONSTITUTION:S switches 11, 21 are optical spatial division switches, an optoelectric converter (EO) is connected to an input side of a T switch and an electrooptic converter (OE) is connected to the output side and an optical fiber 4 is used for a direct coupled path. The switch copes with a high speed signal by revising the direct coupled path with an optical path and even when the S switches 11, 21 are installed apart, no waveform deterioration nor crosstalk is caused. Thus, the S switch is adopted as the switch 11 and the fiber 4 is adopted for the direct coupled path and the signal from the direct coupled path and the signal from the T switches 12, 13 are synthesized in the state of light. Thus, even when the ratio of the connection line is revised, the connection destination of the signal may only be changed from a control section and it is not required to disconnect the operating part and then transient interruption of the operation is not required. |
