PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a laminated piezoelectric element at the time of heating the element by heating the element to a temperature higher than the softening starting temperature of the element. CONSTITUTION:When a piezoelectric element 1 is heated to a temperature higher the softening starting temperature of the element 1, not only the external surface but also the inside of the element are sufficiently softened and the element becomes deformable. Since the softened element 1 is pressurized by means of a pressurizing piston 4, the element 1 is deformed and the surface of each constituent layer of the element 1 comes into close contact with another. When the element 1 is sintered, the particles on the surfaces of the materials to be stuck to each other move and, as a result, the materials are stuck to each other, because the gap between both materials is reduced. Therefore, a firmly laminated body of a piezoelectric element can be formed. |
