PURPOSE:To reduce manufacture cost by providing a transmission section continuously sending control data outputted from a control section, a reception section reproducing received data while dividing the data for each prescribed bit and a discrimination section identifying the content to the changeover device. CONSTITUTION:After a transmission signal is sent from other line changeover device to a standby line 19 being a terminal line and fed to a transmission reception section 7 via a relay 16, the signal is converted into control data by a reception data recovery section 9 and fed to a CPU 10 via a bus. Patterns resulting from rotating one bit each of the control signal are stored and the received control signal is compared with the rotated pattern. Since the pattern of the control signal is coincident with any of the patterns so long as the line is normal, the CPU 10 discriminates it that the reception signal received by the transmission reception section 7 is the signal. Thus, the establishment of synchronization other than bit synchronization is not required and the configuration of the line changeover device is simplified. |
