摘要 PURPOSE:To feed out a coated optical fiber by only excessive length required for connecting operation and facilitate the connecting operation by winding an inner cylinder with the ribbon of coated optical fiber while maintaining a constant space without energizing the coated optical fiber with a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:The coated optical fiber 7, inserted into a cylinder body 10b from an entrance part 10, passes a lower pressure rod and passes through the through hole of the inner cylinder body 1, and passes a fixed part 4, so that the coated optical fiber 7 is led out to the space part between inner and outer cylinder bodies 1 and 2 and wound around the inner cylinder 1 at its excessive-length part of necessary through leaf springs 6 and 6. Then the coated optical fiber passes above an upper pressure rod 8 and passes through the passage of a lead-out passage part 9A and is led out of a housing through an exit part 9, and an optical connector 7a is fitted to the tip. The coated optical fiber 7 which is wound around the inner cylinder 1 is wound around the outer cylinder 2 by the leaf springs 6 and 6 while the proper space is left with the inner cylinder 1. Consequently, the coated optical fiber 7 on the side where the optical connector 7a is fitted is drawn and the leaf springs 6 and 6 are bent to give the excessive length from the coated optical fiber exit part of an excessive-length processing mechanism part of the coated optical fiber 7.
