摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a developed image with excellent developability, no or extremely low level fogging and and uniform image density by developing an electrostatic charge image with magnetic toner satisfying a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:The electrostatic charge image is developed by the magnetic toner satisfying the next conditions. That is, the diameter of a toner carrier is 7-15mm, magnetic flux density on the toner carrier at a developing part is >=400G, and the residual magnetization of the magnetic toner is 1.5-10enu/g. As to the number distribution of the electrostatically charged amount of the magnetic toner per the unit weight of the magnetic toner on the toner carrier; the position of maximum peak is 2-30muc/g(absolute value), and the component which has larger electrostatically charged amount than that of the maximum peak and of the same polarity is >=40 number %. The component which has larger electrostatically charged amount(absolute value) to an extent 10muc/g than the electrostatically charged amount for the maximum peak and of the same polarity from that of the maximum peak is >=30 number %, and the component whose electrostatically charged amount is >=40muc/g(absolute value) is >=10 number %.</p>
