<p>PURPOSE:To provide an access arbiter which can shorten the conflict arbitrating time by dividing a ring arbiter and processing these arbiters in parallel to each other. CONSTITUTION:An access right arbiter circuit group G1 consists of the 1st access arbiter circuits CT1-CT4 among those 1st access arbiter circuits ST1-ST16. At the same time, the access right arbiter circuit groups G2, G3 and G4 consist of the circuits CT5-CT8, CT9-CT12, and CT13-CT16 respectively. Then the ring arbiters RA1(1)-RA1(4) circulate through those groups G1-G4. Thus plural access requests are processed simultaneously and in parallel to each other by those divided arbiters RA1(1)-RA 1(4).</p> |
