PURPOSE:To provide a reference signal parallel transmission system with a high transmission efficiency by realizing reduction of amplitude fluctuation and block synchronization establishment. CONSTITUTION:A data signal 21 and a reference signal 22 relating to a level of the data signal 21 are subject to wavelength multiplexing and the result are sent, and an additional bit 23 having a guard time is added to a head of the data signal 21 and the level is set to a level of the reference signal 22. Thus, it is required to set a guard time before and after the data signal 21 or to one of them, and since a required synchronization pattern length is enough to be small, the deterioration in the transmission efficiency is to be small as a whole and a synchronizing signal is extracted at a head position of an information block and designated definitely at the synchronization position, then no pseudo synchronization is caused. |
