PURPOSE:To improve the operability when a portable telephone set is mounted on a vehicle and to widen the range of stable line setting. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal or a serial data signal from a telephone set section 17 is modulated and sent in air as a weak radio wave from a portable telephone set 10. The weak radio wave is received by an on-vehicle radio equipment 11 being a separate equipment from the portable telephone set 10 and demodulated into a voice signal or a serial data signal, modulated by a radio equipment 11A and sent to a base station. On the other hand, the serial data or the voice signal sent from the base station and received by the radio equipment 11A is once demodulated, and then modulated and radiated in air as a weak radio wave. The weak radio wave is received by the portable telephone set 10, where it is demodulated and sent to a telephone set section 17. |
