PURPOSE:To obtain an inspecting jig for a printed wiring board which can be manufactured industrially with ease, by using a multi-layer printed wiring board for a lapping operation, without depending on a manual operation. CONSTITUTION:In a multilayer printed wiring board 15 having a part of connection with an inspecting device, through holes 20 are opened in alignment with positions of lands 3 for a test of a printed wiring board 1 to be inspected, and casings 26 in which probe pins 7 are fitted are fixed by soldering to lands 21 provided on the surface of the multilayer printed wiring board 15, while wirings between an inspecting means 14 and the lands 21 for fitting the casings 26 are formed of conductor patterns 18 and non-through holes 19 of the multi- layer printed wiring board 15. |
