PURPOSE:To shorten a wiring provided between an optical element and an LSI in length so as to enhance a circuit in stability in an optical parallel link mounting structure. CONSTITUTION:Optical fibers 1, an optical coupler 2 sealed up containing a photoelectrical or an electro-optical conversion element, and a board 3A where an electronic element is sealed up are provided, and the optical coupler 2 and the board 3A are electrically connected together on the back of the board 3.
