PURPOSE:To reinforce a power supply and a ground for a high speed and simultaneous operation of signals handled by a semiconductor integrated circuit without changing the chip size of the semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:By providing power supply and ground wirings 3 and 5 at the outer periphery of a signal input/output circuit 1 on a semiconductor integrated circuit chip 9 and power supply and ground circuits 6 and 7 on the wirings 3 and 5, the signal input/output circuit 1 is separated from the power supply circuit 6 and the ground circuit 7 thus setting the power supply/ground circuits 6 and 7 needed for high-speed and simultaneous operation in any position and at the same time increasing them without changing the chip size. |
