PURPOSE:To prevent disadvantages such as that a picture is not displayed and display pattern is disturbed during the execution of transfer of a program to a DSP signal processing circuit externally. CONSTITUTION:When a program for video signal processing is transferred from an external program ROM 15 to a DSP signal processing circuit 10 and the rewrite is executed, data write to a display memory 19 is stopped and only read is implemented. Then a video signal stored in the display memory 19 is fed to a CRT 13 as a still picture and disturbance of a picture or disturbance of synchronization is not caused during program rewrite. |
