<p>PURPOSE:To provide the document processor which easily corrects prescribed items of a sample document by automatically reading out prescribed items from the sample document and prompting an operator to input data to respective items. CONSTITUTION:Sample document data of the sample document is read out from a floppy disk to a text memory by the command from a keyboard in a step S16. Prescribed items are automatically retrieved from read-out sample document data and are displayed on a display device in a step S20; and when the operator changes displayed prescribed items, data in prescribed items of sample document data are substituted with data inputted by the operator.</p> |
