PURPOSE:To match light axis automatically by performing detection with a lie sensor provided at the output side of laser beams when a migration plate is shifted in forward and backward directions and the laser beams are not applied to a gel electrolyte layer and then generating a specific control signal by a microprocessor and then transferring it to a drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:A gel electrolyte layer 75 is inserted between migration plates 74 consisting of two glass plates. Laser beams 77 which are discharged from a laser light source 70 are reflected and refracted by a mirror 72 and pass inside the electrolyte layer 75 in crosswise direction. A lie sensor 10 is provided at the laser light output side of the migration plates 74 and is connected to a light axis automatic matching control unit 20. The unit 20 is further connected to a piezo element 30 for finely adjusting the angle of the mirror 72. An image intensifier 80 for receiving fluorescence is provided after the migration plates 74. The laser beams 77 which are received by the lie sensor 10 are transferred to the unit 20, the amount of deviation is judged and a light axis compensation signal is generated, and a signal voltage is applied to the piezo element 30 for finely adjusting the mirror 72. |
