<p>PURPOSE: To reduce the effects of the terminal part parasitic resistor of a fine integrated circuit resistor of a small resistance value by connecting in parallel plural resistors and making at least two resistors share one terminal contact point. CONSTITUTION: N-pieces of resistors R1, R2... are connected in parallel. Then, for respective control resistors, a length is set N-fold, so as to be N-times a desired resistance value. The N-pieces of the resistors share the N-1 pieces of contact points T1, T2... by two resistors. Thus, the effects of the terminal part parasitic resistor is reduced, and a highly accurate resistor despite the resistance value being small is realized, while suppressing the increase in parasitic capacitance to be low. That is, the effects of the parasitic resistance and parasitic capacitance increase are reduced by the sharing of the terminal contact points.</p> |
