<p>PURPOSE:To provide a video tape reproducing device capable of reproducing and recording a video signal under an optimum condition according to the user's purpose of DMC editing, etc. CONSTITUTION:By a pannel processing part 1, a speed command S1A and a first phase lock command S1B are outputted according to a mode set by a user. In the phase lock command, the phase lock command phase-locking by a phase lock speed or, a speed command phase-locking by a speed being no phase lock speed exist. By a speed comparator 5, the speed prescribed by the speed command S1A is compared with the phase lock speed from a phase lock speed memory 3, and when they coincide, a high level phase lock permission signal S5 is outputted. By a phase lock judgment part 7, the first phase lock command S1B is gated with the phase lock permission signal S5, and a second phase lock command S7 is outputted. By a tape running servo control part 10, a video tape recording drive system 12 is driven and controlled so as to be phase-locked when the second phase lock command S7 is a high level, and the recording drive system is driven and controlled so as to be speed-locked.</p> |
