PURPOSE:To properly leave diagnostic information when packet connection is disable. CONSTITUTION:The exchange is provided with an exchange control section 11 connected between a network and a terminal equipment and implementing exchange control of a channel between the network and the terminal equipment, a primary storage means 23 and a secondary storage means 25 storing a call control packet processed by the exchange control section 11, a primary storage processing means 21 storing a call control packet from an incoming/outgoing call sent/received in the exchange control by the exchange control section 1 till line interruption to the primary storage means 23, a content identification means 22 detecting an interruption packet from a call control packet relating to the storage of the primary storage processing means 21 and identifying whether or not the packet is to be stored in the secondary storage means 25 based on the information of a detected interruption packet cause and a diagnostic code, and a secondary storage processing means 24 storing the call control packet to the secondary storage means 25 based on the identification result of the content identification means 22. |
