CONSTITUTION:When a tape 4 is loaded on the feeding side reel base 2 and a take-up side reel base 3 at a loading time, a motor 5 is started driving, and bases 6, 7 and tension regulator arms 8, 9 are moved, and the tape 4 is loaded. At this time, the outer peripheral surface of the reel base 2 is pressed by a soft brake arm 19 from the upper part of the band brake 15, and on the other hand, the outer peripheral surface of the reel base 3 is pressed by the soft brake arm 25, and proper tension is imparted to the tape 4. In the case of forward running, while rotating the reel base 2 counterclockwise by a capstan motor 1 and running the tape 4, and on the other hand, while rotating the reel base 2 counterclockwise and running the tape 4, the tape tension is adjusted constantly by bringing the arm 25 into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the base 3, and the slack of the tape is eliminated.</p> |
