The current rail (21) carries a forklike spring clamp (22) riveted (23) to one end, and a cage-like tension spring (25) at the other end, for insertion of an equipment pin or tab (24) and a wire (26), respectively. The insulating housing (27) is provided with four pegs (28) for combination of a row of such terminals into a block. Slots in the rail are offset so that the planes of insertion (33,34) are divergent. ADVANTAGE - A miniaturised terminal guarantees insertability of connectors or bridges with different voltages, partially overlapping in the direction of the row of terminals, but leaving a sufficient air-gap and leakage path.
