A hermetically sealed, non-compressible medium (3) is connected to the internal surfaces of the housing. A semiconducting press. detection unit (6) is mounted on a socket on a housing hermetic sealing element, and a conducting membrane (6a) deforms according to press. received via the non-compressible medium when the metal membrane is deformed. The press. detection unit also has a strain sensor which outputs an electrical signal indicating deformation of the semiconducting membrane.
