The device controls a battery voltage by switch units and a relay to prevent a door from locking while a start key is in its place. The device includes a 1st switching unit (10) which has a transistor (Q1) switched by battery (B+), a 2nd switching unit (20) which has a transistor (Q2) connected to battery (B+) when the unit (10) is off, a relay unit (Ry) which connects a power supply (B+) to a door lock switch (DS), and a 3rd switching unit (30) which has a transistor (Q3) cut the 2nd switching unit off when the 1st switching unit is on. The device prevents a door from locking in the case of inserting a start key.
