摘要 The five-axis robot incorporates a connection (12) for a light guide cable (13) conveying the laser beam (9) to the optical system (15) which focuses it on the workpiece. The connection is screwed (43) to a holder (36) on a U-section limb (4') of the robotward axis (4), which serves as a bearing for the body (29) of the workpiece-oriented axis (5). The beam is propagated along the pivot axis (16) of the latter and reflected by a mirror (17) through the focusing lens (38). USE/ADVANTAGE - In laser beam machining, accessibility of the workpiece is improved together with security of the light guide cable.
