摘要 |
The use of a ferritic steel, comprising (wt.%): max. 0.12 C; max. 1.0 Si; max. 1.0 Mn; max. 0.045 P; max. 0.03 S; max. 18 Cr; balance Fe plus usual impurities as a material for producing impulse wheels is claimed. USE/ADVANTAGE - As pulse wheels for vehicle ABS systems. By avoiding the use of Ti and Nb, the carbon remains free to precipitate as Fe-Cr-C which leads to a slight increase in hardness and tensile strength inside weld areas.
