PURPOSE:To improve the workability of paste filling process with an even filling density by providing pairs of grid thickness controlling rolls, paste filling rolls, and driving rolls from up to down and linking these rolls. CONSTITUTION:A symmetrical pair of paste filling rolls 2, 2' is provided under the pair of thickness controlling rolls 1, 1' which is facing with a thickness controlling gap of the grid or substrate, and furthermore under the rolls a pair of driving rolls 3, 3' is provided. Right and left roll groups are formed by three endless belts 4, 4' fitted in belt grooves provided on the center and both sides of three pairs of rolls. Under the paste filling rolls 2, 2' paste coating thickness controlling blade slits 5, 5' projected from right and left is provided. |
