The method comprises the steps of; forming amorphous magnetic powder by melting magnetic alloy of Nd (a) Fe (b) Co (c) B (d) (a = 13-16 atom%, b = 70-82 atom%, c = 1-10 atom%, d = 3-10 atom%, a+b+c+d = 100 atom%), and by expel melting rotational rapid cooling; heat treating said magnetic powder at 600-800 deg.C for 0.5-2 hours; adjusting said heat treated magnetic powder to have 100-400 mesh and contract ratio of 1.0-2.5; surface treating said adjusted magnetic powder using 0.5-2.0 wt.% of silane coupling agent; and mixing said surface treated magnetic powder with 5-15 wt.% of thermoplastic resin, thereby improving injection molding characteristic of the magnetic powder and magnetic characteristic of the rare earth plastic.
