The device connects a PC response processing device, a FAX response processing device, an image processing device and a central processing device with a host computer. The device includes a microprocessor (1) which connects to the central device (MCP), a memory (2) which saves data, a modem/DSU interface unit (3) which connects the host computer to the modem or DSU, a MPC (4) which interfaces communication with the central processing device, a SIO (5) which receives the data of the modem/DSU interface unit, and an ADMA (6) which helps the communication of SIO (5).
