Summary of Invention Subject invention shows that the clamp designed on the basis of the invention is capable to clamp the part down, push it against other preestablished object as in the case of fixture having a fixed jaw or exert both of these actions on work piece in one clamping. Clamp of the subject invention is also independent in nature and transportable to other machines or fixtures without departing from the intended scope of the clamp. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a clamp which is low cost, compact in size, efficient to use and versatile.
