<p>PURPOSE:To produce a composite film excellent in appearance by a method in which the photosensitive composition under obstruction in hardening because of the existence of air is spread on a metallic surface, and is partially hardened by the light radiated from the side opposite to the metallic surface, and then after the uncured part of the composite film has been laminated on the other adhesive film, it is perfectly cured by irradiating the light again. CONSTITUTION:When the photosensitive composition 5 under obstruction in hardening because of the existence of air is spread on a pinch roll 2 from a hopper 3, it is guided to the approaching point 6 of two rolls 2 following the rotation of the roll. In the internal to the approaching point 6, ultraviolet ray is radiated on said composition by a first ultraviolet ray radiating device 4, whereby the part except the surface of the atmosphere side of said composition is cured. Then, the composition is press-bonded onto an adhesive film 7 at the approaching point 6. Ultraviolet ray is radiated on the press-bonded laminate film 8 by the second ultraviolet ray radiating device 9 arranged downward, and the photosensitive composition is perfectly cured. Thus, the composite film excellent in smoothness and appearance can be easily produced.</p> |
