PURPOSE:To obtain an edible film excellent in blocking properties by including gelatin, pectin, glycerol and a sucrose ester of a fatty acid therein. CONSTITUTION:This film is obtained by mixing gelatin as a base with pectin, glycerol; a sucrose ester of a fatty acid and water, providing a solution, forming the resultant solution into the form of a film and drying the formed film. |
