摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a beverage, filled in a hermetically sealed container and subjected to treatment for suppressing germination and proliferation of anaerobic thermoresistant bacterial spores in a beverage, filled in a hermetically sealed container and distributed in the market. CONSTITUTION:The objective beverage filled in a hermetically sealed container is characterized by adding a sorbitan ester of a fatty acid which is a 12C or a 14C saturated fatty acid thereof in an amount of 0.01-1wt.% based on the whole beverage and subjected to treatment for suppressing germination and proliferation of anaerobic thermoresistant bacterial spores.
