<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the sound emitted to the outside from the paper discharge hole of a paper discharge device provided on an image forming device. CONSTITUTION:A pair of discharge rollers 10 provided near a paper discharge hole 2a provided on the facing cover 2 of a copying machine body 1 have sound absorbing materials 11 between adjacent rollers 4, 4. The generated sound in the copying machine body 1 is absorbed by the sound absorbing materials 11 to reduce the leaked sound from the paper discharge hole 2a. As the sound absorbing materials, foamed bodies of continued bubble series consisting of synthetic resins such as polyurethane are used.</p> |
