摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform a stable and efficient operation with a loop car having a long effective length by catching tuning points as a locus and controlling it without fixing it to one point in accordance with speeds on the inlet and outlet sides of a looper of a material to be worked. CONSTITUTION:The starting point of deceleration of the loop car is required in accordance with the inlet side speed of the looper 5 and the outlet side speed of the looper in the material 1 to be worked. When the loop car arrives at this starting point, the deceleration of the inlet side speed of the looper is started and the locus of the tuning points is required in sequence in accordance with the outlet side speed of the looper. The inlet side speed of the looper or the outlet side speed of the looper of the material 1 to be worked is controlled so that the loop car moves along the locus of the tuning points. This is applied as an application object to a rolling line in which a weldmachine is equipped on the inlet side and a continuous mill is equipped on the outlet side. Consequently, the effective length of the loop car can be elongated, accumulated material to be worked is increased and operation can be performed stably without stopping an equipment mounted on the outlet side of the looper.</p>
