<p>PURPOSE:To expand a living space such as a room by constituting a floor framework with a joist made of a wood composite material consisting of a web member and two flange members parallelly set up with each other in holding this web member between up and down. CONSTITUTION:Joists 1 are made up of a web member 11 made of a wood veneer in charge of shearing force and two flange members 12, 12 made of wood laminated material in charge of a bending stress as being parallelly set up with each other in holding this web member 11 between up and down. Next, a floor framework 2 is nailed down to each bellows between the joists 1 and side joists 21a, 21b at the outermost edge in contact with each side face of two end joists 22, 22, thereby constituting a main framework. In succession, a room unit 3 for upper floor use is composed of a floor panel 4 and two wall panels 5a, 5b, and the floor panel 4 is stuck to a top surface of the floor framework 2 through a surface material 41 with a nail or the like, forming it into a floor structural surface. With this constitution, the joist 1 is formed into an I type composite structure and thereby it is extendible, through which the floor framework 2 is extended and an interspace in the room or the like is thus enlargeable.</p> |
