PURPOSE:To realize the continuous use even in various climates, regions and applications by using a metallic soap as a paste-forming agent for this cutting oil. CONSTITUTION:This oil is obtained by using a metallic soap as the paste- forming agent. This oil can maintain the paste form in a wide service temperature range and can easily form an aerosol that can be used for a long time without causing clogging. It is presumably because the paste formed from the oil by using a metallic soap undergoes little change in consistency over a wide temperature range and, therefore, has consistency with greatly reduced melting point dependence while a paste-like cutting oil having an objective service temperature which has been obtained by combining paste-forming agents of various melting points. |
