摘要 |
PURPOSE:To manufacture a heat-sensitive material of high image preservation stability by forming a heat-sensitive layer containing microcapsules enclosing developer particles bonded with a polymeric binder and a developer dissolved in an organic solvent on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A developer such as a fluoran leuco dye and a polymeric binder such as acryl are melted, kneaded and then crushed to prepare mixed fine particles 22. Microcapsules 21 are prepared by the in-situ polymerization method in which monomers are fed into inner faces of emulsion in which a developer such as a phenol compound as a core substance and an organic solvent are dispersed and the surface of the core substance is coated with a polymer. Coating liquid composed of mixed fine particles 22 and microcapsules 21 are applied together with a binder 23 such as polyvinyl alcohol or the like for coating on an anchor layer 12 formed on a substrate 11 such as a transparent plastic film and dried thereon, and a heat-sensitive layer 13 is laminated. Further a protective layer 14 is laminated on the heat-sensitive layer 13 to manufacture a transparent heat-sensitive recording material. |
