<p>PURPOSE:To promote aerobic fermentation by passing hot water through the bottom or wall of a tank having a impeller to heat the contents of the tank and supplying heat-exchanged heating air into the tanks. CONSTITUTION:The tanks 19 and 22 are separated by the partition walls 12, 21 and 24 having a space between those and a ceiling 38. An impeller 23 is provided in the respective tanks 19 and 22 to one or plural rotating shafts piercing the partition walls 12, 21 and 24 through a watertight rotating seal, and an evacuating mechanism 1 is furnished to the ceiling 38. The hot water supplied from a heating tank 35 having a heater is passed through the heat exchanger 18 provided to the tank bottom or wall to heat the contents of the tank. The heat-exchanged and cooled water is returned to the tank 35 and reheated. The air introduced from the outside is heated by an air heating coiled pipe 31 set in the tank 35, passed through an air pipe 29 and blown into the tanks 19 and 22 from the plural holes of the plural hot air pipes 16 provided on the bottom or wall of the tank.</p> |
