PURPOSE:To effectively reduce road surface vibration input by which unsprung part resonance is induced. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration signal yn of a sprung part is input to a feedback circuit. On the other hand, a reference signal qr (k) corresponding to a road surface vibration input of inducing unsprung part resonance is created, and this reference signal qr and an unsprung part acceleration signal yL are input to a filter circuit 71. This filter circuit serves as feedforward control. A control gain of this filter circuit 71 is tuned so that the unsprung part acceleration signal yL is canceled.
