PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic actuator wherein oil can be prevented from leaking to the outside from an oil seal caused by the collision of the jet of leaking oil outflow from the clearance between a rod which penetrates a gland bush to be inserted into a cylinder and the gland bush against the oil seal provided on the penetration part between the cylinder and the rod. CONSTITUTION:A gland bush 21 is provided in a recovery pocket 9 so as to be protruded. An annular inside recovery pocket 20 for surrounding a rod 7 and a hole 22 communicated with the inside recovery pocket 20 and the recovery pocket 9 are provided on the gland bush 21. And the passage of the jet of leaking oil which outflows from the clearance between the gland bush 21 and the rod 7 on an oil chamber 2 side is bent to be guided to the recovery pocket 9 from the hole 22, so as to prevent the jet from colliding against the oil seal 12 directly. |
