PURPOSE:To obtain the subject board, excellent in processability, mechanical strength and environmental pollution resistance without emitting malodor and useful as automotive interior trim materials, etc., by mixing an inorganic board material, etc., with a prescribed amount of an aliphatic polyester, then forming a matlike fleece and hot-molding the resultant fleece. CONSTITUTION:The objective board is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. inorganic or organic board material with 5-50 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester prepared by reacting 100 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester polyol prepolymer having >=5000 number- average molecular weight and >=60 deg.C melting point with 0.1-5 pts.wt. diisocyanate, then forming a matlike fleece and subsequently hot-molding the resultant fleece. |
