PURPOSE:To alter wind noise, an operating sound of a fan motor to operating sound having rhythmical feeling near prenatal sound by fixing a rotary shaft of the motor obliquely downward at a predetermined angle toward blades in a casing. CONSTITUTION:Blades 10 are fixed to a motor mounting plate 17 of an L-shaped section obliquely at a predetermined angle such as 5 deg. through a spacer 18, a rotor shaft 14 is supported by bearing metal 15 of a bracket A by a bearing stopper 19, the blades 10 are fixed to an end of the shaft 14 protruding upward from the plate 17, and a vibration plate 20 to be resonated to an impact of the shaft 14 is mounted on the plate 17 with one end fixed. Thus, the shaft 14 is held in a state deviated down by a weight of the blade 10 when a fan motor 2 is stopped, and magnetic sensors of a stator 12 and a rotor 13 are placed in a state deviated by the margins. Thus, an operating sound near prenatal sound having rhythmical feeling can be generated. |
