<p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulating hose which is used for an air conditioner in a chilling device or the like, and prevented from the occurrence of cavities between inner and outer tubes and heat insulating material in the case where bending work is executed, and moreover simple in the structure of a connecting port part. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer tubes 1, 2 made of soft polyethylene are continuously provided in a line with a spiral partition wall which is made of the same material and set between the tubes 1, 2, and heat insulating material 7 made of polyethylene foaming resin is internally attached in a spiral cavity 4 enclosed by the inner and outer tubes 1, 2 and the spiral partition wall, and the periphery on each side of the heat insulating material 7 is wholly unitedly deposited onto a face opposite to the inner and outer tubes 1, 2 and the spiral partition wall. Thus a cavity is prevented from occurring in the spiral cavity 4 where the heat insulating material 7 is internally attached, and one end is formed in a connecting port 8 formed of only a tube end where the heat insulating material 7 is not attached, and the other end is formed in a socket 9 where the connecting port 8 can be insertedly fitted.</p> |
