PURPOSE:To restrain dimensional change and lowering of strength occurring due to use of high temperature in a resin gear made of aramid fiber woven fabric as a base material of molding material for making toothed part. CONSTITUTION:A meta-aramid fiber woven fabric is heated at 300 deg.C for an hour in a vacuum oven. The fabric is impregnated with phenol resin and dried so as to obtain a prepreg 1. The prepreg 1 is heated, softened, and wound in so as to make a bar 2. The bar 2 is further flattened and bent so as to make a ring 3 (molding material for making toothed part). A metallic bush is arranged at the center of a main molding die. Web forming molding material is arranged around the bush and the ring 3 is arranged on the utmost periphery, which are molded by pressure and heat of 180 deg.C so as to integrate the three. |
