PURPOSE: To realize a flat-base rim assembly of a tubeless tire comprising side rings on the outer side, a reinforcing element between the same and a flange and a rim base of a cylinder part and a truncated cone part in a specified radial direction of the truncated cone. CONSTITUTION: Side rings 2 each of which is formed on the outer side in the radial direction of a truncated cone bus 21 which is L in axial width, Rs in radius,β=0-15 deg. in angle, a cylinder part 31 which is Re in radius and L1=L+(H+h)/2-L+(H+h) in width in the axial direction and on the inner side in the radial direction of a bus 32 which isα=10-35 deg. in angle. In this case, the thickness of the sheet of truncated cone is h=Rs-Re and the rings 2 are vulcanized material reinforced by a reinforcing element 41 which is stretchable in the direction of the perimeter by 3% or more, is D in the maximum size in radial direction and is deformable under compressive stress by 2% or less. Further, the rim base 1 extends a cylinder part 10 of Rf+(1.02-1.05)Re and a truncated cone part 12 of a bus 120 ofα1 =α(20 deg.)±2 deg. on the outside.
