PURPOSE:To increase the degree of relaxation, fraying degree and shrink processing effect of a structure by rubbing processing or softening processing by adding 60% or more of a natural vegetable fiber or a processed product thereof as a fiber component and making the thickness and compsn. of a fiber non-uniform and also partially making density or rigidity irregular. CONSTITUTION:Mechanical pulp paper consisting of 85% of a paper mulberry fiber being a natural fiber and 15% of pulp being a natural fiber processed product, having a thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, having rough and dense fiber parts scattered therein and having a basis wt. of about 60g/m<2> is coated with about 20g/m<2> of a 10% diluted soln. of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer in toluene as a polymer processing soln. and the coated paper is dried. This paper is coated with about 30g/m<2> of the same polymer processing solution and rough cloth is laminated to the coated paper thus obtained in a semi-dried state and the whole is dried to obtain a composite sheet like article. |
